Claire Calderón is an Oakland-based writer and curator at work on her first novel. She is Program Manager of the Bay Area Book Festival and the recipient of fellowships from Hedgebrook, VONA, Tin House, and The San Francisco Writers Grotto. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Mills College.
